House Intelligence Committee ranking member Devin Nunes filed a $150 million lawsuit in Virginia state court against The McClatchy Company and others on Monday, alleging that one of the news agency’s reporters conspired with a political operative to derail Nunes’ oversight work into the Hillary Clinton campaign and Russian election interference.

Nunes sits on the HOUSE INTELLIGENCE COMMITTEE. He *chaired* that committee when all this stuff was going down. So he has the evidence.

Unlike Schiff, Nunes isn't basing his claims - being made in court mind you - on empty-clenched-fist bullshit.
Nunes is claiming he can *prove* this about 1 of McClatchy's reporters in a court of law and win damages.

Nunes will have *evidence* for this. This is going to blow the lid off of 'news reporters conspiring with political operatives to plant Fake News in the media.
All Nunes has to do is demonstrate that *MCCLATCHY KNEW* he had nothing to do with this yacht/underage sex workers fantasy story when they published it.
