Not sure but I believe in El Centro where POTUS was Friday. It’s the first time I’ve seen full prototype installed fully + for real with concertina wire top and bottom. Quite the barrier as discussed here of course ;)

Now I am quite concerned about 8ch BO news I saw posted above I believe but have now seen as original in the forbidden city:
