She should have. It’s WVA where I think the vast majority of the citizenry would have applauded her actions. Until this trash is made to pay dearly for their actions, it will continue. It may well anyway, but at least they won’t get away alive.
Don’t be surprised if Old Navy complains about the woman carrying a weapon inside the store when signs clearly say No Firearms. Or will mall mgt complain?
This is West Virginia not Massachusetts. When you are up in hill country it’s best to mind your manners. If she had plugged that mutt, I can see a charge of littering but that’s it.
