What do I care about what a Fake indian, a fake Mexican and a fake American think?
It may make sense to award a State’s electoral votes proportionally to the percentage of the popular vote won by the candidate in that State. For example if the Repub wins 40% of the votes in California he get 40% of the electors. That would help erase the huge advantage the RATS have in electors before a vote is even cast.
