I worked with male Clients as a Representative for years. It’s up to you to set the boundaries right away if an advance is made...and respond in a business manner. It’s not difficult and I’ve never had a single one go further. They know who ‘allows’ and ‘who won’t’.
Futhermore the men aren’t the problem....it’s the women who “play those games” that ruin it for those who won’t.

Men and women have been working together for decades...but this has nothing to do with an advance, business, boundaries, or a business manner...
A man exposing himself is not an “advance.” It is not requirement on the woman to set the boundaries in a business manner if a man exposes himself which is what Biden did.
Do you think the Secret Service women “allow?” Do you really think they were “playing ‘those’ games?”
Do you think they did not complain? If they did not, perhaps it is not because they were OK with it—perhaps because it was the VP...And again exactly why should they have to set the boundaries?
And regarding inappropriate touching of children...are they too supposed to set boundaries in a business manner too?
