That must be it. He knows many libs hate him/blame him for killin’ Hillary’s chance at becoming dictator for life, so it would be an odd choice for April Fool’s humor AND for a run for office. But some swamp dwellers are afraid he’s serious because they say the picture of him in his Tweet shows cornfields and, “....that means Iowa! Oh Noes!”
Comey has always been straddling the line. That’s what he did as AG. First, he’s investigating HRC. Or “investigating”. Then “oh, never mind”.
Perhaps he is a player who knows who has power on both sides and is afraid of both sides. Maybe trying to suck up to both sides.
Most likely trying to avoid being on the wrong side when the final cards are played. Maybe he’s the guy who doesn’t commit and who tries to sneak on to the winning team after the game is over.
