A Hillary Clinton spokesman slammed South Bend Mayor Pete Buttigieg on Friday for comments he made in January about Clinton's 2016 presidential campaign.
Buttigieg, who is weighing a 2020 bid, said in an interview with The Washington Post Magazine published in January, "Donald Trump got elected because, in his twisted way, he pointed out the huge troubles in our economy and our democracy." He added, "At least he didn't go around saying that America was already great, like Hillary did."
Nick Merrill, a Clinton adviser and spokesman, called Buttigieg's months-old comments "indefensible." (snip)
Buttigieg's spokesperson had no comment when reached by CNN.

A pedo porn scene in a book he wrote(supposedly a depiction about how adult Vietnamese Asian males greet their young sons when they’ve been away for awhile)was exposed publically some time ago and was brought up again when the Webb speculations about him running came out.
He weakly argued that it was a “cultural” thing but even if a “cultural” thing, that practice is abhorrent to anyone “normal” (except perhaps the Nambla crowd) hearing about it that Webb had no defensible position in justifying why he put that scene in his book. So no more public office for him!

Since Buttegieg is openly gay, this criticism would make Team Hillary a bunch of homophobes.
So the next big question for CNN and CBS to explore is “Why does Hillary hate gay people?”
Is there straight guilt outside a college town sufficient to elect that?

Note how the media makes it sound like he represents us Deplorables. Not even close. Ft. Wayne is a COLLEGE TOWN (i.e., Noter Dame) and that town represents Red America about as much as the City of Austin represents Texas.
But that’s what the media can do, since they have free run.
There are some schools there, but I'd hardly call FW a college town. In any event, BootieGig is mayor of South Bend, 90 miles to the northwest of FW.
