No more Google! Got my first Amazon gift card for merely searching

Posted on 03/31/2019 8:17:14 AM PDT by Red in Blue PA

I started using Bing over Google as I was sick and tired of Google working with China's military, but not working with ours. They ban gun videos on Youtube. They help authoritarian countries institute censorship in search results. All the while we use them and they make money off of us. Google is Evil.

Bing rewards you for your searches no different than the credit card companies do with their rewards. Using Google with no rewards is akin to using a credit card with no rewards. And Microsoft actually is a patriotic company and does not kow tow to the leftist communist programmers. I got a $5 Amazon gift card after only a few weeks of using Bing.

Make the switch. I am glad I did.

Oh, and Amazon is just as leftist as Google and Microsoft, they own the Washington Post and Bezos hates our president with a passion.

Yahoo is unpopular, but it is also hard left... but it does help our government spy on its customers (they share literally everything they know about you without even being asked)... the original poster just might conflate that with patroitism, so may Yahoo is the right choice for him.

There are more than two choices. I recommend Startpage. Oh, and the tribe that sold Manhattan for $24 dollars worth of beads, as I understand it, they got a great deal (in the short run, anyhow). Manhattan wasn’t their territory, it belonged to an enemy tribe!

No fan of Microsoft, but they actually got out of MSNBC way back in 2005.

Seems to me that this was around the time when it took a hard turn left and has never looked back.
