Should probably have more evidence before I believe it, but it’s interesting regardless.
What on earth would Ryan be doing on that plane in the first place? It seems like it would be easy to provide some evidence for or against that based on his known locations at that time. (I.e., was he known to be presiding over the House? Was he known to be traveling or in his home district? Are there any sightings of him around that time? Speeches, etc? Video of him in airports?)
Maybe we won’t be able to prove/disprove it here, but if it comes up in court, I’m pretty sure phone records could give pretty good evidence as to his location. Text messages might prove interesting as well.

Could well be wrong, but Ryan on plane issue was raised some time ago and vaguely remember being knocked down as he was shown to be at another location at the time. Sorry if I’m wrong.
