Surveillance footage released today from a dark, empty street in Sao Paulo, Brazil, shows a suspect pulling over his vehicle, getting out and aggressively approaching a woman. The woman, who turned out to be an off-duty police officer, pulls out her gun and shoots the criminal, who died at the scene.

Watch the raw video, the screen doesn’t move... someone filmed a monitor showing the scene, and looks like someone took that footage and further edited it.. the raw video is stable, the screen frame does not move.

The answer is it happens all the time. This is different from the same type of story I read a few months ago. Both guys are just as dead though.
