He murdered the parents and kidnapped a 13 year old girl.
My guess is that his life sentence in the penitentiary will not be all that long. One can only hope.
CNN is reporting the sicko said, “Bye, Jayme.” which caused gasps from the courtroom.
Another report is he confessed from the start and didn’t want a trial so as not to cause her any harm and that LEOs interviewing her would cause her unnecessary hurt. Such a nice and caring guy, huh. He’s also said he looooves her in a phone call to a news station and put hearts around her name in a letter. That crap needs to be stopped. She’s a minor for goodness sake.
Put him in general population...
He’ll probably do about 12 years, maybe a little longer.
This guy is the poster boy for why a death penalty is needed.
And I don’t mean the current death penalty known as abortion.
Do wrongful convictions happen in capital cases? Probably. But that is not relevant in this case for certain.
Is the killer insane? Well, most of them are.
Why does an insane person have greater rights than me or you?
At 21, I can’t even conceive of doing something like this!
That said, at least he’s mature enough (or mature enough to take the advice of his lawyers) to man up.
In Wisconsin, as you all know, we have something called being, ‘Dahmerized’ in prison. I’m thinking this young man will NOT be long for this world outside of a Supermax placement in prison. Which I hope he gets. Because every DAY he’s denied FREEDOM is a WIN for Jayme!
