The evidence shows that Jussie paid the two brothers to attack him and Essentially planned the whole thing. Going after the brothers will only lead the whole Case back to him and his actions, IMHO. Not sure why His lawyers and want to do this.
Maybe because the two brothers have already skipped the country and cant be present to investigate or defend themselves?
