Rahm Emmanuael is pretending to be outraged, but I posit that the charges were dropped against Smollet to create a sub-conscious connection in peoples’ minds to DOnald Trump. Notice that the the prosecutor is emphasizing that he is NOT saying Jesse Smollett is “innocent”. The Dems want people to start thinking, “Just because Mueller found no collusion and no obstruction of Justice doesn't mean Trump is innocent...”

This proves my point that Smollet did this to coincide with Kamala Harris’s anti-lynching narrative to try and give Kamala a free media boost...instead it backfired on her...and him.
They have to keep the hoax alive, or Kamala just might get investigated.
