Yeah, I saw him on TV. He said it makes all black hate crime claims unbelievable going forward. Did you believe him? I didn't.

That's Rahm Emanuel, Obama buddy, Chicago politician. He's just pretending to play "bad cop" to placate the Chicago PD.
