I agree with you. This post by Sundance argues forcefully for RR being black hat.
And Sundance is a fervent anti-Q’er so has some blindness/bias going on, too. IOW to me, taken with a salt shaker and remembering his bias.
IMO [RR] can*NOT* be a Black Hat given what we know now and what’s transpired.
If [RR] was Black Hat he’d have refused to sign off on Barr letter, we’d instead have news stories about how D_J was trying to cover up Mule report, etc., etc.
I’m still not sure exactly what all these roles are but I don’t see how [RR] can be blackest of the black, as I’ve considered at times, when the Mule has dropped and the PLAN continues unabated. TBD ;)
