Idiotic that the blondes skin that Alpha wore looked perfect. Not buying that at all.
On The Talking Dead show, they hired a place to make candy apples using only things available in the zombie apocalypse.
It was cranberry juice.
Which actually sounds MUCH better than normal candy apples.

Oddly, the one that I hated to see piked most was Ozzy.
I really liked the whole Highwaymen thing and they really deserved to see that movie.
She didn’t wear her skin, just her hair.
That was the Alpha actress’s real face.
She’s just wearing the scalp (hair)...not the face. She just washed her face and cleaned up a bit. I wondered the same until I figured it out...that is Alpha’s face, just washed.
I noticed that during the Talking Dead (just her blonde hair) and her hat. That prop (wig and hat) was one of the prizes they gave to the person asking a question. That made more sense.
Good thing I also record “Into the Badlands” followed by “Talking Dead”. AMC sure screwed up with the length of this episode in the listings. They only had it at 60 minutes. Badlands was listed at 1 hour and 25 minutes. I watched the end of TWD then used FF on Badlands and will record that one again tomorrow instead. On Talking Dead the host apologized and warned the viewers of the snafu and spoilers coming up if you didn’t see the last 25 minutes.

Well... woke up the household with a “yelp” last night... when I saw the heads on a stick. OMG! Two immediate thoughts came to mind: if “dog’s” head was on a stick.. I was done. I’m still not over Shiva! Second thought was thank goodness Rick isn’t there... I just figured he would have negotiated and gone all weak kneed like he did before. What is funny is I thought Neegan’s group was messed up... now I see they were mild compared to these wacky-doodles (the whisperers). I got misty eyed for Carol.. who has to go through another child’s death (she saw Henry as her son and loved him).
Okay... strange thought.. remember when Saddik was eliminating walkers as an “act of kindness” (it was when Carl and he started to talk initially?) Could Saddik have “sided” with the whisperers to spare his life OR was he truly spared to share the horror story as a true warning. That being said, my mind was racing so much last night that I am beyond coffee help this morning. Hugs to all....

At this point, they sort of NEED Negan in order to survive. Negan’s “set of skills” is needed for survival... truly making him a Savior?!
I hope so since I feel Negan is able to fight against Beta. I do feel that Negan will have his redemption just like Merle.
Alpha killing Hilde and using her scalp and clothes as a disguise is ironic, as her actress, Caroline Duncan, works as a costume and wardrobe designer for film and television.

Looks like Darryl is to blame for this latest war. If he had only given Alpha her daughter back that might have been the end of it. He started out hating Lydia but kept her because her momma hit her with a switch. A TWD “Martha” moment like that in Batman V Superman. Now many will die.
That is definitely an Alpha move. She wants people to fear her group.

Nope. Henry never would have stayed put. He did it once and he would have kept doing it. He would have been sneaking out because he is just that stupid. Or horny.
One would think that having grown up in that type of world where getting dead generally happens much more easily than in pre-apocalyptic world, there would have been more maturity among Henry’s peers. But, no, they had to do the petty junior high thing and separate Henry from Lydia so they could taunt Lydia and let her know she wasn’t welcome and oh yeah, Henry’s hot for another girl.
I’m a bit surprised that Lydia was so emotionally fragile that she bolted off and didn’t just stare them down like the idiots they were.
It isn’t like she was used to being pampered and protected by an indulgent parent. The girl was used to wearing a skin, slouching around with the dead, and eating worms. A little petty taunting should have been nothing to her.
