Expressing his opinion of the proceedings is not obstruction, exercising his Article II powers is not obstruction, calling the media enemies of the state is not obstruction, denying the charges is not obstruction, and questioning the motives of the investigators is not obstruction.
To the Democrats, the simple act of defending oneself from them is obstruction.
