The 1st Amendment says the government can’t punish us for saying, thinking, expressing or believing things the people in power don’t like.
WTF though - you people have sat there and let them take all our other freedoms, so what’s one or two more?
Do some research on the Castillo brothers and their mothers tie to LaRanza.
**************************************
That would be the Castro brothers. Both of them and their mother have hard ties to La Raza.
One was elected to be Mayor of SA and then picked by Obama to be Scty. of HUD; and he’s now running for POTUS. The other brother is a D-Rep in the US House.
Maybe airports need their restaurants to be open every day, even on Sunday???
This has constitutional challenge written all over it.
Homofascists
Marginalize?
They have a target on the heads of Christians.
These prog a-holes forget the San Antonio area is still host to quite a few pockets of conservatism. They wont take kindly to this.
Any Freepers live in San Antonio, I plan on building a house there, should I think about going else where?
Depends on where in San Antonio. I wouldnt build inside Loop 1604. Id recommend building in the Hill Country.
It sounds like “Beto” Trevino might be a fag illegal alien. Remember the Alamo!
Seems that way from the ground here in Texas. GOP is silent here. They are taking TX red for granted. National GOP too.
And yes in Williamson County, which is VERY RED, GOP incumbent judges (like Dain Johnson) lost to liberal judges this last election. Dems here are being very quiet but it’s a ticking time bomb. I”m worried.
“Westboro is a liberal Democrat construct”
Fred Phelps was an interesting guy. He fought Jim Crow in the civil rights era. Got an award from the local NAACP. Ran for office as a Democrat a couple of times. He was involved with Al Gore’s presidential campaign in 1988. But man, he did not like gays. He REALLY did not like gays.
By excluding a business exercising it's own ideology.
Ultimate city fail
This is religious redlining.
How the heck is this legal?!
In any case, just removed San Antonio from our bucket list.
I wonder if that councilman realizes that his city is named after a saint.
No ... not all of Texas is red. The counties that are home to the big cities have been blue for some time.
I agree. In this case, they need to sue them into the dirt.
and then get attacked for the MAGA hat
I need to get one of those...
Texas is quickly turning into a cesspool.
It will be blue very soon and there is no way to stop it unfortunately. That die was cast long ago via invasion.
I stayed in VT and look what happened. Nice sentiment but it ignores reality.
