I want to know about the enforcement provisions of this law. How would they know when this crime had occurred?
I'm sure Freepers can come up with some truly imaginative ideas.
Maybe they could make all men have some kind of computer chip implanted somewhere, or, as a qualitative, though not quantitative test, they could check for palm hairs--that sort of thing.
And of course, the government could install 1984-style cameras in all homes, paid for, of course, by the fines they collect.
