The Pentagon’s list said it has found possible funding sources that are “in excess of the amount needed.” When the Pentagon looks for spare change under the sofa cushions, there's no telling what it will find.

When the Pentagon looks for spare change under the sofa cushions, there's no telling what it will find. Heh heh heh - why don't they find that $6 billion which was missing from the State Dept. under the Hildebeast, and use that for the wall?
