Start first by moving to Protonmail for all communications.
Google and FB have the ability to read personal email and WhatsApp communications.
Yahoo mail is practically a virus.

The difference is that unlike paper documents, those electronic bits can be scanned for information very quickly, and Google is very good at that.
Betcha the CIA had some seed money involved with Google and still is reaping the benefits. They don’t have to break the law as much to keep taps on the public, we voluntarily tell them where we are and what we are doing on our phones.
About the only thing I have left google I “think” is gmail for a private account. I have used Duckduckgo as a search engine for many years.
Last time I googled my own name was very recently and very shocking. They had my name, address, income, religious leanings [which they got laughingly wrong] even a gauge of what kind of person I was. The site was way more in depth than expected, and generally right on the money.
