It's a horrible look. To me, it screams KEEP AWAY FROM THIS CRAZY BROAD.
That said, where is the father in all of this? Often in these situations, we beat up on the mother and the father never gets mentioned. The fathers need to be held accountable too!

True enough, but, most likely, nobody forced her to open her legs and get knocked up by possibly 5 different guys.
She has custody, they live with her. They’re HER responsibility.
As for the pucker/fish lip thing: Yeah, it’s not real attractive. It just looks really stupid.
