"Why are no SEC schools named? That’s right; they have no academic standards."

I challenge you to find more than 5 schools in the U.S. that teach computer science better than Bama. And did you know that half of the scientist who worked on the Apollo project in Huntsville that put man on the moon had aeronautical engineering degrees from Auburn?

These are all liberal arts colleges. The kids would never survive if they were taking STEM courses. They should take dna or finger prints with the SATs. The Asians all cheat like hell on them.

Good post. WASCWatch exposed itself as the biggest idiot on this thread. College degrees from the SEC are as valuable as they are anywhere else. I look at hundreds of resumes every year and could care less where the applicant went to school.

According to USN&WR, Auburn is #91. Alabama isn’t in the top 100.

You may quibble about how they arrive at the rankings, but they aren’t going to mis-rate a school by at least 95 positions.
