Just an aside but I found it interesting that the “big names in play” came into their positions ALL within a few weeks of each other.

Starting with Bill Priestap in January 2016 and all the other derps in February 2016.

Seems like the “insurance policy” was formed (slightly?) prior to that point in time...a hen gathering in her chicks? Bill Priestap was the trigger?
