Chalupa was all over the dossier machinations, and, IIRC, thick with Nancy Pelosi (& other Dems in Congress.) I also think she was connected with Vaselnetskaya (sp?) of Trump Tower infamy. Her faction of Ukrainian power was pro-Putin.
