5G will have lower field strength than current technology, in most locations.

The tiny wireless Bluetooth headphones fit into the ear canal The close proximity of AirPods to the brain and inner ear may raise cancer risksMy hearing aids do the same thing. Am I at risk too?

“5G will have lower field strength than current technology, in most locations.”
I found an absolutely beautiful bit of acreage in the woods, nicely located with a small but acceptable house. It had power lines running across a portion of the land and it was dirt cheap...astonishingly cheap. I wanted to buy it. My realtor said because of the power lines, which I was more than happy to live with, it would be impossible to sell. It had been on the market for over five years. We live surrounded by power lines and all sorts of radiators. If they were a danger, it would be obvious by now. I still wanted to buy it, but my family talked me out of it...because we would never be able to sell it. I did eventually need to move so I guess I am glad I was able to sell the alternative piece of property in weeks rather than years. Still...it had hawks and deer...

(no Apple partisan here, mind you)
Standing outside in daylight may increase your cancer risk as well...

Bluetooth devices are operating in the milliwatt range.
It's not ionizing radiation like radioactivity.
They went through the same alarmism with cellphones and there was a much stronger signal from the old analog phones than what they use today.
So no cancer risk in my unscientific opinion.
You are more likely to get sick from the signal content than the signal itself.

“My hearing aids do the same thing.”
fitting in your ear is the closest thing your earing aid does compared to the airpod ... the airpod transmits a radio signal ... your hearing aid is nothing but a fancy speaker ...

I have 3 patents with Bluetooth tech. The range is a mere 30 feet, up to 300 feet max with extended range. Compare this to cell towers MILES away. There’s no appreciable risk.

You no doubt remember when Rush Limbaugh did his TV show for a full week with an old-school cell phone strapped to his head.

(Apple) AirPods in particular are concerning because they sit deeply enough within the ear canal to emit expose these fragile parts of the ear to dangerous amounts of radiation, some experts warn.Idiotic statement from "scientists" who apparently dont know what they are talking about. The antennas in Apple AirPods are NOT sitting "deeply enough within the ear canal to expose these fragile parts of the ear" but rather are built into the shaft that extends downward outside the ear where the microphone points toward the mouth. Only the speaker is in the ear canal opening on Apple AirPods. Obviously, these "scientists" have not bothered to even observe the devices theyre criticizing.PING!

I’d think the biggest threat is having a phone stuffed in your front pocket while it’s searching for Wi-Fi or tower. Guess we’ll know if that matters in about 20 years or so..maybe I should get into the infertility business :)
