The Fed has often been the target of criticism from the Trump administration. Toward the end of last year, Bloomberg reported that the president had discussed firing Powell. When CBSs Scott Pelley asked Powell whether the president could fire him, he responded: The law is clear that I have a four-year term. And I fully intend to serve it.

Yes. For cause. What grounds are there for impeaching the Fed Chair?
Judges are Article III or Article I. We're not talking about Constitutional positions, we're talking about positions created by Congress.

That is a constitutional way to remove him, I am not suggesting that this be done without cause.
His appointment term is not impossible to abrogate.
My post was to dispel the illusion (not held by you) that the FC cannot be removed.
Since he is semi-independent of the executive branch removing him without cause would provoke a true constitutional crisis and it would probably be a question of just what the cause is as to how it would be resolved. Certainly nothing trivial.
