And what's the difference between partly cloudy and partly sunny?

Aha, that's easy! The first means mostly sunny and the second mostly cloudy.

But... but.. wait, does ‘’mostly’’ mean the same as ‘’partly’’? Got to be precise here! And.. and .. which comes first, the ‘’sunny’’ part or the ‘’mostly’’ part. I mean can you say “It’ll be sunny, mostly’’ or “It’ll be mostly sunny?’’
