But... but.. wait, does ‘’mostly’’ mean the same as ‘’partly’’? Got to be precise here! And.. and .. which comes first, the ‘’sunny’’ part or the ‘’mostly’’ part. I mean can you say “It’ll be sunny, mostly’’ or “It’ll be mostly sunny?’’

Actually, I just looked it up. Partly cloudy and partly sunny mean exactly the same thing. But “partly cloudy” is preferred since at night time the sun isn’t up. Cheers!
