Cargo door blowing out is not speculation. Rather than designing a door that sealed toward the body in flight it was designed to open outward BECAUSE THEY COULD LOAD MORE CARGO. When not set properly before takeoff the pins let go and away went the door at 30k height. The flooring collapsed then cutting controls and hydrolac fluid since the tubing ran under the cabin rather than above it.
