Cargo door blowing out is not speculation. Rather than designing a door that sealed toward the body in flight it was designed to open outward BECAUSE THEY COULD LOAD MORE CARGO. When not set properly before takeoff the pins let go and away went the door at 30k height. The flooring collapsed then cutting controls and hydrolac fluid since the tubing ran under the cabin rather than above it. There were two cargo door incidents, AA Flight 96 where they discovered the problem and fixed it, and Turkish Air Flight 981 which occurred after the problem had been discovered but had not been fixed on that aircraft.
