My understanding of the law is that illegals from Mexico or Canada can be snt back.
From anywhere else and claiming asylum they can only be held 20 days and must be released pending a hearing, which is years away and for which they won't show.
In the meantime every female over 10 will drop an anchor baby, grabbing a seat on Uncle Sugar's Welfare Gravy Train.
They can all be sent back.
There is a massive business going on to bring wealthy pregnant Chinese women on tourist visa, give birth on US soil to a US citizen anchor baby and then have the option to immigrate any time in future.
Our immigration laws are nuts.
