[Tired of Taxes]

It’s about an hour north of me. Never understood how this college stays in business charging so much in tuition, when other nearby colleges such as Rutgers charge a lower tuition.

Probably it's proximity to Princeton. A Princeton address, either for real estate, business or education is a big cachet. At least it used to be anyway.
