A report by St. Joseph County police on Sept. 30, 2018, indicates the 11-year-old was involved in an incident in which the 8-year-old was injured in a “possible battery” by a “neighbor juvenile,” and taken to the emergency room at Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center by his parents.
