They didn't include a copy of this letter, I would be cautious both about "American Oversight's" representation of the contents and their conclusions. (That said, if true, Good News!)

"Then-Attorney General Jeff Sessions wrote the letter on Nov. 22, 2017 for Utah U.S. Attorney John Huber.
