OK, was he peddling backwards, which I don't think would work very well?
Or, was he turned around on the seat and peddling with the bike still going with the flow of the traffic?
Or, was he peddling against the flow of the traffic?
It is details like these that pique the human interest.

A velodrome, Brian Piccolo Park, sits about 15 miles north of there in Cooper City, Florida, but we’re pretty sure that wasn’t his destination. After all, his fixie appeared to have a front brake... And on top of everything else, he's got a cheater "fixie" bike.
