Women are fine. Women can hold any job, run companies, whatever. But they need to win the slots by merit, just like a man.

Can a 100 pound female "fireperson" carry yo out of a burning building? A grown female has the strength and athletic ability of a 14 yer old boy.

Agreed. But I would not support any rule that says “Women are not allowed to be firefighters”. In my opinion, women can certainly be firefighters — as soon as she can demonstrate her ability to carry me out of a burning building. That’s where the “win the slot by merit” part comes in.
