True, but they'd be foolish to release the name because then the winner could own the convenience store (and chain) after all the lawsuits are said and done.

Yep. Thats how they catch the ones who steal winnings tickets from rightful owners/purchasers. They just caught that idiot roommate in California who stole is roommates $10 million ticket using store cameras.
