So Trump keeps his short list on 3x5 cards in his own possession? No wonder they hate him in DC. There are handlers whose job it is to schedule meetings, arrange meetings, provide the agenda, and provide binders with the President's assigned talking points in 30 Pt font.

Who does he think he is deciding for himself what is important? There are departments and agencies staffed with experts who spend whole careers making those kinds of decision.
