Just wait until the Two Witnesses are killed (they haven’t shown up yet, obviously).

The world will be doing a lot of ordering online (verse 10), I predict. Just a guess.

Revelation 11:7-11 King James Version (KJV)

7 And when they shall have finished their testimony, the beast that ascendeth out of the bottomless pit shall make war against them, and shall overcome them, and kill them.

8 And their dead bodies shall lie in the street of the great city, which spiritually is called Sodom and Egypt, where also our Lord was crucified.

9 And they of the people and kindreds and tongues and nations shall see their dead bodies three days and an half, and shall not suffer their dead bodies to be put in graves.

10 And they that dwell upon the earth shall rejoice over them, and make merry, and shall send gifts one to another; because these two prophets tormented them that dwelt on the earth.

11 And after three days and an half the spirit of life from God entered into them, and they stood upon their feet; and great fear fell upon them which saw them.

People will soon be getting a drone delivered by drone. That’s probably happened too many times to count by now.

I’m pretty sure the folks who patronize laundromats will not have enough coins to afford drone service.

I wonder if a sock will still go missing with every load.

Let me know when Bezos invents a drone that will change the kitty litter. Until then, I’m going back to sleep...

(And, I’m talking about sweeping the floor, and then carrying the poopy bag out to the trash can. I’m tired of the whole routine.)

I haven’t seen a laundromat in 20 years, they have closed them all due to water discharge regulations.

The quarter car-washes were closed at about the same time.

I just wish they could keep the breakfast blend coffee in stock at Whole Foods. They know its the most popular. Its gone as soon as they get it, but they won’t stock more.

The following is not intended to be a joke:

Would I ever want Amazon to do my laundry?

NO!

Why?

I have clothing with labels on them indicating where I shop. These labels are inside of my clothes so no-one will know what brand I’m wearing unless they ask me and I, in turn, respond affirmatively.

I do not want Amazon, Google or any other ‘engulf and devour’ company having access to this information. They simply do not need this information and I will not willingly give it to them.

FWIW I purchase mostly made in America clothing and it does not come from Amazon.

It will be on the evening news when the diaper service drone accidentally unloads on someone

So what is worst? Womens underwear hanging in the bathroom to dry or womens underwear flying through the skies spreading hormones throughout the landscape?

Here in northeastern NJ we have new (and larger) laundromats to accommodate our illegal immigrant population. Many live in illegally converted basement apartments or rooming houses, and have no laundry room.

They join check-cashing places and Latino fast-food dumps (not for curious Americans, but for the illegals themselves) as signs of a collapsed area with few Americans left.

I'm between houses right now and I'm living out of a hotel. Therefore, I have become re-acquainted with the laundromat! Hadn't been inside of one for 30 years until now.

They haven't changed one bit! The same plastic chairs, the same smells and a broken change machine (had to go to a nearby bank to get a roll of quarters).

At least now, I have a smartphone and a Kindle to keep myself occupied.

Yea.. the idea the cost to pick up, clean and return with all pickup and delivery by drone will somehow beat the laundromat is comical.

Dry Cleaners are more likely to be taken down than the laundromat, especially since most don’t actually do any cleaning, but just outsource the actual cleaning to the same provider.... Cutting out the storefront of this distribution channel is more likely feasible.
