Have you noticed that panhandlers are hanging around the exits of Walmart and Kroger these days?

I’ve lived in two cities mid-way between Dallas and Ft. Worth for 50 years and have NEVER seen panhandlers here. The citizens, businesses and police are not tolerant of such.
I do remember some in downtown Dallas back in the 1960s and can imagine it’s much worse now. Dallas is a liberal Dem blue hole in TX, like Houston, San Antonio and Austin.

They are coming. Just a matter of time. We now have eastern European gypsies in suburban Jacksonville, FL running their scams in front of Walmarts, etc. I never would have imagined that in a million years.
