ING 3/4 cup plus 2 tbsp flour, 1/8 tsp salt, beaten egg, 8 oz milk, 2 tb Limoncello (can use water).
METHOD Mix ing. Cook in buttered pan. Serve showered w/ conf, lemon wheels on side.
