I'm sure that diet has played a role here. Judging from the appearance of this woman (pre-fall), she is obese and bloated. Probably a diet made up of processed foods with a lot of added sugar and hydrogenated vegetable oils.
Seriously. Junk food is destroying the mental and physical health of millions of people.
