This is interesting. My PSA number is rather high for my age, and the doc wants me to get a prostate biopsy. I have no symptoms whatsoever. I may try that supplement going forward.

If your PSA is over 4 and rising, you probably will be asked to get a Prostate biopsy. There usually are no symptoms for early Prostate cancer.

You might want to check out lycopene supplements. Or just consume lots of tomato sauce or paste.

If you want to go to a doctor that is not in your medical plan....find one that takes cash (at a discount) and use the billing "Out of network consult"...that worked for me getting a test kaiser wouldn't allow.
