I think I lived through the best days of America, from WWII to 2000. We are a grim society now, heading for worse.
We are a country gone made. My mother and father both WWII veterans passed away in the same year. . .my Dad got very anxious watching the news with what was happening in America. We just didn’t watch the news after I realized how it affected him.
Yup. Unfortunately that timeframe allowed libtard idiots to come to power.
Youre right, weve seen and lived the best days of this country, a gift to us from the bravery and hard work of our parents. We took that gift and spoiled our children into a pack of lazy, ignorant and selfish snowflakes. There are terrible things in store for the millennials and theyre too stupid to know it. God help them.
Correct...Those of us over 60 have seen the best of America and the best of times...It won’t ever be the same...I feel for the youngers...They’ll never understand how good they could’ve had it....
I would never have thought of using that modifier but you are absolutely right. We are living in a GRIM society.
Yes, we did, with a few bumps in the later decades.

Yep. Absolutely the culture and civilization is in decline, all the technology in the world is not a replacement for what’s been lost.
