I just don’t know about a pardon.

It would be a mistake to Pardon Manafort. While it’s true he wouldn’t have been investigated if Trump wasn’t President. It’s also true that he is guilty as sin.

"I pray POTUS pardons him."I heard that some of the crimes he pled guilty to were state crimes therefor the President can't pardon him on those. Only Federal crimes can he pardon.
