I’ve sided with some others in espousing ignoring the troll/derps, however, perhaps Bagster could serve as our designated troll responder. It might free up others and leave the trolls with our deadliest defender and discourage and lessen their activity. Thoughts?

Yes, my anti-troll gung fu is formidable, and in a one on one fight, and against many opponents, I know many tricks. This is different, I have come to find out. You know how in olden days, sometimes before a battle two champions would meet between the armies?

Sometimes one or more from either army would rush into the fight. Before you know it, it was on like donkey kong. And that's just the way of it. It's normal human behavior and I accept that.

So no. The 'one riot one ranger' approach will not work. That's just MY perfect world. I have a vivid imagination.

That is our current Standard Operating Procedure. It does get tempting to respond, and sometimes it’s hard to resist, but I’m getting pretty good a scrolling by the trolls.

Ransom has asked that they be ignored(bags is the exception) and so I respect her request. Least I can do.

Bags has been the unofficial designated hitter for ions. Why? He has the gung fu, mainly, and the instincts to know when to engage and when not to engage, and the wisdom to know when to shut it down when he does engage. He’s not afraid to stop. *He’s incisive and then he’s done.* (Not a show boat.)

We follow his lead and Enjoy the Show. (Bags is our “War Room”.)

It seems to be just a few *naive* or the *prideful* among us who apparently and sincerely think they can spend the whole thread trying to convert these derp “........”.

Then a few *prideful* among us (as exhibitionists do) toss the thread courtesy request/rules out, just certain that they can “fight back” due to their inflated view of their debate skills. This Always succeeds in gobbling up the dang Thread with endless adolescent arguments, back and forth.

The personal philosophy that “fighting back” with every derp is KEY, is a bore. What if we all did that? (Thread gets removed.)
