If F = *Foreign* = do treason & sedition? = NO

In my original analysis, I thought that was the ONLY flaw in my argument.

That internal debate led me to conclude that the INTERNAL CIVIL WAR that Q was describing involved Treason and Sedition by US citizens, and part of the reason was the US citizen colluding with corrupt heads of agencies both foreign and domestic.

I am much more convinced (or am I?) by the other context of Q's use of [F+D]

But Sedition, that can be either foreign or domestic, I think.
