Yep. She needs re-education.
I never found her remotely attractive. I did enjoy her work in action movies but her casting a Starfleet officer was the worst Star Trek casting I've seen since Geneieve Bujold played "Captain Janeway" in the original Star Trek Voyage pilot (she quit two days into filming and was replaced with Kate Mulgrew). Yeoh was extremely stilted and awkward, and I think she did most of her lines phonetically.
Of course she's 100% right about the SJW crowd and she's a decent actress when given the APPROPIATE role, but she was godawful in Star Trek and I'm glad they killed her character off after 2 episodes. Unfortunately they decided to resurrect her to rip off the "evil Asian Mirror Universe empress" premiere from Star Trek Enterprise, and much to my dismay, a bunch of people LOVE the crappy writing in Star Trek Discovery. How ANYONE can enjoy that dung is beyond me.
I heard it gets even worse: latest rumor is the show will reveal that Michael Burnham slept with her stepbrother Spock to "save him" during a Pon Farr when no Vulcan females were available, hence the reason for Sarek being enstrangled from him.
Bad soap opera writing, indeed. (That's what happens when you hire Gilmore Girls writers to write Star Trek instead of actual science fiction writers) Even without any SJW push, Discovery would still be crap.
