You seem to assume that the ‘23 year old’ is the one running the operation, and the only one perceiving what’s coming in the front door.
I believe that there are plenty of ‘ladies’ who specialize in servicing rich old men. Rich old men have always had women on the side, and arrangements with them.
If these guys had to go to old Chinese women in a cheap massage parlor, making themselves so vulnerable to discovery, maybe they’ve been overpaid all their lives for their ‘intelligence’ and ability to figure out how to accomplish practical goals effectively.

The old women own them. They hire young recent arrivals. And it’s usually tough for cops to interview them with language barriers, and questionable IDs, and the fact that they mostly look alike.
